🧄🌿 Garlic Rosemary Focaccia Muffins 🧁🍞
🍴 Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup olive oil (plus extra for brushing)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
Coarse sea salt (for topping)
🧑🍳 Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
Add warm water and olive oil, stir until dough forms.
Fold in minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
Cover and let rise 45 minutes, until doubled in size.
Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with dough.
Let rise 15 more minutes in the muffin tin.
Brush tops with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and extra rosemary.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly before removing from tin and serving.
