π Ingredients:
For the Herb Roasted Chicken Drumsticks:
6β8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp parsley (optional for garnish)
For the Baked Mac & Cheese:

For the Southern Collard Greens:
2 lbs collard greens, washed & chopped
1 smoked turkey leg or ham hock
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Red pepper flakes, salt, pepper to taste
For the Sweet Honey Butter Cornbread:
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbsp honey (plus more for brushing)
For the Deviled Eggs:
6 boiled eggs
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp relish (optional)
Salt, pepper, paprika
π½ Instructions:
Herb Roasted Chicken Drumsticks:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Pat drumsticks dry. Toss with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
Arrange on a baking rack or lined sheet. Roast for 35β40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Broil for 3 minutes at the end for crispy skin. Garnish with parsley.
Southern Collard Greens:
In a large pot, boil smoked turkey leg (or ham hock) in chicken broth for 30β45 minutes until tender.
Add collard greens, onion, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings.
Simmer uncovered for 1β1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until greens are tender and flavorful.
Sweet Honey Butter Cornbread:
Preheat oven to 375Β°F. Grease an 8Γ8 pan or cast iron skillet.
In a bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and honey. Mix until smooth.
Pour into pan and bake 25β30 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush top with extra melted butter and honey for a glossy, sweet finish.
Deviled Eggs:
Halve the boiled eggs and scoop yolks into a bowl.
Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, relish (if using), salt, and pepper.
Spoon or pipe filling back into whites.
Sprinkle with paprika for that classic look.
