Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup raspberry jam or fresh raspberries
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Whipped cream (for topping)
Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Mini cheesecake slices (optional, for garnish)
Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, raspberry jam, and sugar (if using).
