My new favorite healthy snack! Roasted chick peas. I drained a can of chick peas and patted some of the water off with paper towels. Then I cooked on 390 for 2 minutes to further dry them. Tossed them with 1 Tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 grated parm, some garlic powder and salt (didn’t measure those). Cooked 5 min at 390. Shook basket and repeated this 2 more times. Total time 15 minutes. Delicious!
