Hassleback potatoes done in the airfryer. Red potatoes skin on, cut but not through to the bottom (clearly I went to far in parts). Mix 3 tablespoons of butter (melted) with 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of paprika together. Brush the potatoes with the mix and put on 180c for 15 mins and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then Brush with the mix again and out on at 180c for another 15 mins then Brush with last of the mix and out in for 10mins so they a crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Adjust time according to size if the potatoes
