Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta π
A delicious twist on a classic favorite!
π Ingredients
- 19 ounces cheese tortellini (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pound beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
π Instructions
1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautΓ©ing until tender.
4. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
5. Stir in the cooked tortellini and season with salt and pepper.
6. Add the provolone cheese on top and cover until cheese is melted.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
