🍋🍒Lemon Lime Cherry Pistachio Cheesecake🍒🍋
🍰 Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup crushed pistachios
6 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lime zest
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped maraschino cherries
¼ cup chopped pistachios
Topping:
Whipped cream
Extra cherries and pistachios
Lemon & lime zest curls
🍋 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham crumbs, pistachios, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan. Bake 8 minutes and cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add juices, zests, vanilla, and eggs one at a time.
Fold in cherries and pistachios gently.
Pour into crust and bake for 40–45 minutes, until set. Cool, then chill for 4 hours.
Top with whipped cream, cherries, pistachios, and citrus zest before serving.
