Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 slices American cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons special sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Coating:
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Activate yeast by mixing with warm water and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2. Mix flour and salt, then combine with yeast mixture to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
3. Let dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
4. Brown ground beef with onions, salt, and pepper.
5. Divide dough into 6 equal portions.
6. Flatten each dough piece, place cheese and beef mixture in center.
7. Fold dough around filling, seal completely to form balls.
8. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
9. Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
