Banana Pudding Crunch Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
Topping:
- 1 box instant banana pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups milk
- Whipped cream
- Crushed wafers
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Press crust mixture into pan and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, mashed bananas. Pour over crust.
4. Bake 55–60 mins. Cool.
5. Mix pudding with milk, spread over cheesecake. Top with whipped cream and crushed wafers.
