Greek Salad Stack 🧀🍅
Ingredients:
2–3 large tomatoes, sliced (use red & yellow for color) 🍅
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
1/2 cup black olives, sliced 🫒
1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed 🧀
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 🌿
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 🫒
1/2 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂
Method:
Start stacking tomato slices, alternating colors.
Between each layer, add a few onion rings, olives, and feta cubes.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used or stack is stable.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley on top.
Serve immediately as a fresh and artistic salad centerpiece.
