📝 Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half lengthwise)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 large egg
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Pasta & Sauce:
8 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

🍗 Step 1: Prepare & Cook the Chicken
Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Dip chicken in egg, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to coat well.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside.

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and slightly thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
