Ingredients:
1. 2 lbs lean ground beef
2. 1 diced onion
3. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
4. 1/2 tsp salt
5. 1 cup red enchilada sauce
6. 4.5 oz diced green chiles (1 small can)
7. 1/2 cup sour cream
8. 1 cup cheddar cheese
9. Garnish (optional)
10. 2.5 oz sliced black olives, drained (1 small can)
11. 3 green onions, diced

1. Brown the Beef:
