🍇💜 Purple Ombre Mini Cakes 💜🍇
📝 Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups 🌾 all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp 🥄 baking powder
1/4 tsp 🧂 salt
1/2 cup 🧈 unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup 🍬 granulated sugar
2 🥚 eggs
1 tsp 🍦 vanilla extract
1/2 cup 🥛 milk
🖌️ Purple gel food coloring (light, medium, dark shades)
Frosting:
1 cup 🧈 butter, softened
3 cups 🍬 powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp 🥛 milk
1 tsp 🍦 vanilla extract
Purple food coloring for matching ombre
👩🍳 Instructions:
🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini cake pans or use a lined cupcake tin.
🧈 Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
🌾 Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternate adding dry mix and milk to wet ingredients.
🎨 Divide batter into 3 bowls and tint each a different shade of purple.
🧁 Spoon different colored batters into each mini mold for an ombre effect.
⏲️ Bake 15–18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
🧁 For frosting, beat butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until fluffy. Tint frosting with matching purple shades.
