Cheese, Beef & Bacon Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz (340g) pasta (fettuccine or penne)
1 lb (450g) ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Meat:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Add Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Combine & Serve:
Return cooked beef and crispy bacon to the pan.
Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
