Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta 🍝🥓🍔
Ingredients:
1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite shape)
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Burger buns, sliced (optional, for serving)
Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. While pasta cooks, prepare the meat sauce. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion; cook, breaking beef into crumbles, until beef is browned and onion is softened. Drain off any excess grease.
3. Add minced garlic and oregano to the skillet; cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
5. Stir in cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese; cook until melted and smooth.
6. In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add crumbled bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through and slightly crispy.
7. Add cooked pasta to the meat sauce and stir to combine. Stir in the cooked bacon.
8. Gently stir in Parmesan cheese.
9. Serve immediately. Top with extra bacon, chopped green onions, or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired. You can also serve it on burger buns for a fun twist!
