π Ingredients:

1 teaspoon baking powder
Β½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 Β½ cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar (for rolling)

Preheat and prep: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes). Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
