Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 yellow onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 small head of cabbage, cored and chopped

1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes

2 teaspoons Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the chopped cabbage and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to wilt.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
