Super simple keto / locarb snack (breakfast)
I've been wanting a Bagel & so badly so I made a Chaffle Bagel. 3 ingredients and so easy!! Topped with real butter, whipped cream cheese and everything but the Bagel seasoning €)
So delicious!
Plug in your mini Chaffle maker.
In a bowl combine and mix:
1 large egg
2/3 c mozzarella shredded cheese
4 tablespoons almond flour
Will make 2 Chaffle bagels. I cooked mine an extra 3 to 5 min so it was more done like a toasted Bagel.
Topped it with my toppings and DELICIOUS
