🍔 Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll sheet
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and cooked through.
Drain excess grease.
Stir in bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
3️⃣ Roll & Slice:
Starting from the long side, roll the dough up tightly like a jelly roll.
Slice into 1-inch thick pieces and place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
4️⃣ Add Garlic Butter:
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of the rollups.
5️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
6️⃣ Serve:
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
