🍗 Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Ricotta Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook Pasta:
In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté Chicken:
Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4️⃣ Prepare Creamy Sauce:
Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, ricotta, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly, until smooth and creamy.
5️⃣ Combine:
Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss until everything is well coated in the sauce.
Simmer for 2 more minutes to heat through.
6️⃣ Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
