🥢 Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls
🧂 Ingredients:
8 oz crab meat (fresh or imitation)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional for extra flavor)
Egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
👩🍳 Quick Directions:
Mix crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, onions & seasoning in a bowl.
Spoon filling onto egg roll wrappers, roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
Fry at 375°F for 3–4 min until golden brown.
