This Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells is the ultimate comfort meal! Tender, juicy steak bites seared in garlic butter, served with rich, cheesy pasta so satisfying and easy to make!

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or flank steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:
8 oz pasta shells
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic and thyme. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlic butter. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Combine Everything: Toss the cooked pasta shells into the creamy Parmesan sauce, stirring to coat. Serve the pasta topped with the garlic butter steak bites.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan, if desired. Enjoy this delicious, restaurant-style meal at home.
