- 1 teaspoon salt (5 grams)
- Β½ teaspoon garlic powder (1 gram)
- Optional: fresh herbs like mint or dill

directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the almond milk, nutritional yeast, tapioca starch, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan, forming a ball. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
