Ingredients
• 3 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 lb ground beef, browned and crumbled
• 2 large onions, sliced into rings
• 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes (or 2 fresh tomatoes, diced)
• 1 ½ green bell peppers, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste (not counted as one of the 5 ingredients)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
