I call this Italian pasta salad
I box garden rotini noodles
Italian dressing
1 cucumber (from garden)
Cherry tomatoes (from garden)
1 block sharp chedder cheese cut into chunks
Pepperoni slices cut into pieces
Mix together with cooked cold rinsed pasta and refrigerate I dnt measure the Italian dressing I do it to taste but I have noticed the pasta will absorb some of the Italian dressing so I stir, taste, and add more if needed before serving
