📝 Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cake:
✔ 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
✔ 1 ¾ cups (350g) granulated sugar
✔ ¾ cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder
✔ 2 tsp baking powder
✔ 1 tsp baking soda
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ ½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil
✔ 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk
✔ 2 large eggs
✔ 2 tsp vanilla extract
✔ 1 cup (240ml) hot coffee (for deep flavor)
For the Raspberry Filling:
✔ 2 cups (300g) fresh or frozen raspberries
✔ ½ cup (100g) sugar
✔ 1 tbsp cornstarch
✔ 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Chocolate Ganache:
✔ 1 cup (180g) dark chocolate, chopped
✔ ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
🍽️ Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cake
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Add oil, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla, then mix until combined.
4️⃣ Slowly pour in hot coffee, stirring until smooth.
5️⃣ Divide batter between pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Raspberry Filling
