🍕 Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese (Vegan Pepperoni) 🍕
A delightful fusion of pepperoni pizza and grilled cheese, this sandwich is cheesy, crispy, and packed with flavors! 🌱🧀🍕
Ingredients:
4 slices of your favorite bread
4 slices of vegan cheese (or more if you like it extra cheesy!)
8 slices of vegan pepperoni
2 tbsp vegan butter or margarine
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Prepare Bread:
Spread a thin layer of vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil on the buttered side for added flavor.
Assemble Sandwich:
On the unbuttered side of two slices of bread, spread pizza sauce. Layer with vegan cheese slices and vegan pepperoni. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
