Okay so I KNOW this looks crazy but HEAR ME OUT. (Yes I’m eating in bed, I’m a teacher on summer break 😂)
I posted pickle wraps a couple days ago. I was too lazy to make the actual wraps so instead I made A DIP!
I made an absurd quantity but here’s what I did:
12 oz whipped cream cheese
A whole jar of claussen whole pickles (chopped in my veggie chopper)
Half of a ham steak diced (I could’ve bought lunch meat ham but I wanted thicker than just slices.
I added a little of the pickle juice and all of the garlic and seasonings from the bottom of the jar. You can use as much or as little of everything as you want.
