🇫🇷 Moules Marinières (Mussels in White Wine) 🍷 A seaside favorite—fresh mussels steamed in white wine, garlic, and herbs. Quick, elegant, and full of flavor!
Ingredients:
• 1kg fresh mussels
• 250ml dry white wine
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 shallot
• 1 tbsp butter
• Parsley, salt, pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Clean mussels and discard any open ones.
2️⃣ In a large pot, sauté shallot and garlic in butter. Add mussels and white wine.
3️⃣ Cover and steam 5–7 minutes until mussels open.
4️⃣ Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with crusty bread.
