Creamy Pasta with Chicken and Cheese
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
8 oz penne or pasta of choice
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season diced chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until combined. Bring to a simmer.
Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
Toss the cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot for a rich, cheesy meal!
