STEAK & SHRIMP NOODLES
Savory, sizzling surf and turf tossed in saucy noodles.

Ingredients:

8 oz sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz noodles (lo mein, egg noodles, or spaghetti)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil (divided)

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp ginger, minced

1 tbsp green onions, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro, for garnish

Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Noodles:

Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and toss with 1 tbsp sesame oil to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Sear the Steak:

Season steak with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a skillet over high heat.

Sear steak pieces for 2–3 minutes until caramelized on the edges. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until just pink. Remove and set aside.

4️⃣ Stir-Fry the Sauce:

Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook until fragrant.

Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, and oyster sauce. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.

5️⃣ Combine Everything:

Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss in the sauce.

Return steak and shrimp, tossing gently until coated and heated through.

Garnish with green onions or parsley before serving.
