Better Than Jim ‘N Nick’s Cheesy Biscuits
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, stir together all the ingredients until just combined.
Scoop the batter into a greased mini muffin pan using a spoon or cookie scoop.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, then serve with honey butter. Enjoy!
