Strawberry Vanilla Pudding Dessert Lasagna
Ingredients (Serves 12)
For the Cake Layers:
1 box vanilla cake mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed)
OR 2 homemade vanilla sponge cake layers
For the Filling:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
2 cups cold milk
1½ cups sliced fresh strawberries
For Assembly:
Additional whole strawberries for topping
Extra whipped cream (optional)
Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
1. Bake the Cake Layers:
Prepare the cake in two 9x13 pans or bake and slice a thick sheet cake in half horizontally. Let cool completely.
2. Make the Pudding Layer:
Whisk the vanilla pudding with milk for 2–3 minutes until thick. Set in the fridge.
3. Make the Whipped Cream:
Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
4. Assemble the Layers:
Place one cake layer on a dish.
Spread half the whipped cream, then layer sliced strawberries.
Add pudding and smooth evenly.
Repeat with the second layer and top with whipped cream.
5. Decorate:
Garnish with whole strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
6. Chill:
Refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing for clean layers.
