Quark muffins! 🧡

INGREDIENTS
80 g soft butter
120 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs (size M)
150 g of lean curd
160 g wheat flour (Type 405)
1 teaspoon baking powder

PREPARATION
1st step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/ bottom heat (circulating air: 160 degrees). Top muffinform (12 hollows) with paper shapes or grease it well.

2nd step
Put soft butter, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat frothy at the highest level with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add eggs one after the other and stir in the highest level for 1 minute. Add curd. Mix the flour with baking powder into the dough.

3. Step
Spread the curd cheese dough evenly over the 12 paper shapes. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Let cool. Loosen the muffins from the shape, sprinkle with some icing sugar as desired. The muffins keep it airtight packaged for at least 3 days.
