Ingredients:
4 fresh peaches, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush peach halves with olive oil.
Place peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill until charred and just tender, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Arrange mixed greens on a serving platter. Top with grilled peaches, Gorgonzola cheese, and toasted walnuts.
