Egg Salad Power Bowl

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup egg salad (boiled eggs + mayo + mustard + salt)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1 tbsp red onion, diced
1/4 cup black olives
1/2 cup baby carrots
Sprinkle of hemp or sesame seeds
Olive oil, salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Arrange lettuce as a base in a large bowl.
2. Add egg salad, sliced avocado, veggies, and olives in sections.
3. Sprinkle with seeds, drizzle olive oil, season, and enjoy!
