🍗 Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken 🧀
🛒 Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, butterflied or pounded thin
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Directions:
Cook the Chicken:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Make Parmesan Topping:
In a bowl, mix together the Panko, Parmesan, melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
Assemble for Baking:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken on a baking sheet. Spread ranch dressing on each piece. Top with shredded cheese, then spoon the Parmesan-Panko mix over the top.
Bake to Perfection:
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the topping is golden and bubbly. Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness!
Serve Hot:
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with mashed potatoes, veggies, or salad.
