Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon Pasta 🧄🐟🍝
Rich, velvety, and packed with bold salmon flavor!
📝 Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets, cut into chunks
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Salmon:
Season salmon chunks with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear salmon for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and just cooked. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
4️⃣ Finish the Sauce:
Stir in Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5️⃣ Combine & Serve:
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
Top with seared salmon and spoon extra sauce over the top.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
