Creamy Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
12 oz fettuccine pasta
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
