Mixed Grill Platter with Fries 🍽️🔥

Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound beef steak, cut into strips
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Start by preparing the fries. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for crispy fries. Toss the cut potatoes in a mixing bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning them halfway through for even cooking.

2. While the fries are baking, marinate the chicken and beef. In a separate bowl, combine the chicken pieces and beef strips with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure the meat is well coated with the marinade. Let it sit for about 20 minutes to enhance the flavors.

3. Prepare your grill or grill pan by heating it over medium-high heat. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 15 minutes to prevent burning.

4. Thread the marinated chicken and beef onto skewers, alternating with chunks of red bell pepper, zucchini slices, and onion wedges.

5. Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is thoroughly cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for the chicken and 145°F (63°C) for the beef.

6. When the meat is done grilling, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes. This helps the juices redistribute, ensuring each bite is tender and flavorful.

7. Serve the mixed grill platter hot alongside the crispy fries. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and added freshness. Enjoy your delicious and satisfying meal!
