5-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls
Ingredients:
3 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) tube of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together using a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Rolls:
Open the tube of crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles along the perforated seams.
Lay each dough triangle on a clean surface with the wide, short end facing you and the long triangle pointing away.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture across the bottom third of the dough triangle.
Place two rows of fresh blueberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
Roll and Bake:
Starting from the short end, roll the dough towards the tip of the triangle, enclosing the cream cheese and blueberries.
Place each roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough, cream cheese mixture, and blueberries to make 8 rolls.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and puffed.
Serve:
Serve the rolls warm, and enjoy!
