Reuben Sandwich with Homemade Russian Dressing ππ

Ingredients:
- Β½ lb corned beef
- Β½ tsp olive oil
- 6 slices rye bread
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
- Β½ cup sauerkraut, drained
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
πΉRussian Dressing:
- ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Β½ tsp chili garlic sauce
- Β½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 Β½ tsp creamy horseradish
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Β½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Β½ Tbsp finely grated onion
- β
tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
π’ Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the Russian dressing and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the corned beef and cook until heated through.
3. Lightly butter one side of each slice of rye bread. Place the bread slices butter-side down on a plate.
4. Spread the Russian dressing on the non-buttered side of each bread slice.
5. Add the corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on top. Close the bread slices to form sandwiches.
6. In a hot skillet, cook the sandwiches over medium heat for 4-6 minutes, flipping once, until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
