Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pastel chocolate chips
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick, smooth dough forms.
3️⃣ Add Mix-ins: Gently fold in the pastel chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows (if using).
4️⃣ Bake: Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5️⃣ Cool & Slice: Let the bars cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares. This helps them set and makes cutting easier.
