Delicious Marble Cake 🍰🎨
Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (200g) sugar
1/2 cup (120g) butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup (180ml) milk
1/4 cup (30g) cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (30ml) hot water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf or bundt pan.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Divide batter in half; mix cocoa powder with hot water and stir into one half.
Spoon both batters into the pan, swirling with a knife.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes:
Pair with chocolate glaze or dust with powdered sugar for a classic touch!
