Korean Style Cheese Corn!
Cheesy Corn Dip Recipeš„°
Recipe:
2 corn in a cob, shredded (about 2 1/2 cups)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Steps:
In a large bowl, add shredded corn, mayo and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
In a pan, melts the butter. Add the corn mixture nand mix well. Add 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well until combined and bubbly hot. Sprinkle the extra cheese mixture and sprinkle chili flakes. Cover the pan and let the cheese melts. Let it sit for 5 minutes and ready to serve. Enjoy with your favorite chips.
