Melt in Your Mouth Toffee Pecan Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 package Heath toffee bits
- 1/2 to 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, yellow cake mix, eggs, and water until well blended.
3. Stir in the Heath toffee bits and chopped pecans until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.
6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
