🥩🧀 Philly Cheesesteak Pasta – Creamy, Cheesy & Loaded with Flavor!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced steak
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, sliced
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup beef broth
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and peppers until soft.
Add beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy.
Add pasta and half the shredded cheese; mix well.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and let melt before serving.
