No Baked- Biscoff Caramel Cheesecake
For the crust:
2 cups Biscoff (lotus) biscuit crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix well and layered in the pan. Refrigerate.
For the cheesecake:
2- blocks cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup caramel butter (sauce)
2 cups heavy cream (whip separately)
For topping:
1/2 cup Caramel butter sauce
Extra Biscoff biscuits for topping
