Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add the grated Parmesan cheese. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the creamy sauce.

While the steak is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add milk, butter, and shredded cheese. Mash until smooth and creamy.
