🥂 Farfalle con Salmone
A creamy and elegant Farfalle con Salmone, with bow-tie pasta and salmon in a rich cream sauce.
Ingredients:
• Farfalle pasta: 12 oz (340 g)
• Fresh salmon: 8 oz (225 g), cubed
• Heavy cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
• Onion: 1 small, chopped
• Butter: 2 tbsp (30 g)
• White wine: ½ cup (120 ml)
• Fresh parsley: chopped, for garnish
• Salt & pepper: to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Cook farfalle until al dente, drain, set aside.
2️⃣ • In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until soft.
3️⃣ • Add salmon cubes and cook until lightly browned.
4️⃣ • Pour in white wine, let it reduce.
5️⃣ • Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper.
6️⃣ • Toss pasta in the creamy salmon sauce.
7️⃣ • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
